Further to recent Government announcements, we have reopened our showroom in London on the 15th June 2020, to operate on a 'By Appointment' basis. Virtual appointments are available, to those not based in London and unable to attend.
In the light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have introduced additional safety measures for our staff and clients. If you are visiting the showroom in person, we would like to assure you of the following measures we are taking to protect you and our team, while following the guidelines set out by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.
We are limiting, the maximum of 2 customers to access the showroom at any given point in time. You will be meeting 1 dedicated personal shopper during your appointment. Therefore the total number of people at the showroom, at any given point in time will not exceed 3.
For the safety of our customers, we are ensuring our premise, including fitting room are being sanitised, before and after every appointments, followed by deep cleaning every 24 hours.
During an appointment, it is advised that the social distancing guidelines are followed.
We have added hand sanitisation station at our entrance and would like to encourage customers to use this for their safety.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, we would like to advice to either postpone or cancel your in-person appointment. If you are unsure of your health condition or symptoms, we would like to advice you to please wear a mask, while visiting the showroom.
